It is with the greatest of honour and pride that I announce that college (CPMC) is now accepting students for admission to our first year M.B.B.S. Program. This a monumental moment in the annals of progression and providence, one to which some among us will be able to look back upon and declare thatwe were a part of itwhen it all began.
Our intention is to provide those with the talent and resolve to pursue a career in medicine the opportunity to do so. We actively encourage application from international students , as it is our desire to create within the CPMC an environment of multi-cultural fraternity which will enhance our student’s understanding of the world, whilst we develop their understanding of medicine.
Our students are fortunate to have their college located in the Central Park Housing Scheme, which is a promising urban development which will in the near future be one of the most invigorating and exciting urban areas in all of Pakistan.
This is without a doubt an occasion of considerable consequence for Pakistan, for it can now stand on the world’s stage and hold-up an establishment which could one day potentially achieve the level of esteem held by its other great medical institutions. We sincerely believe that the value of any institution is heavily dependant on the calibre of its students, this is only through the diligence and perseverance of you, our students that it will flourish and thrive.
We at the CPMC are not insensitive to the grueling level of competition internationally, within the field of medicine, and the tension associated with entire process. However, we are also aware of the ever increasing need for doctors on a global scale, so we aim to make the progression through each stage, from initial application to eventual gradation, as unproblematic and straightforward for our students as possible. We steadfastly maintain in mind the ultimate purpose of medicine, to assist one’s fellow man, and is thus held as our motto. It will form inspiration or motivation for our students as they mature into young doctor: Non Sibi Sed Suis.
